Elizabeth Tolley was Born in Charlotte, North carolina in april of 1978. She
grew up in a quant neighborhood and still to this day maintains a very down
to earth, warm personality. Not to be confused with her unique, flamboyant
aesthetic. Her vibrant red hair matched with beautifully crafted eye makeup
is always a sight to behold.
It doesn't take a genious to realize that she draws inspiration from music,
fashion, art, photography, film, and all forms of media. At 15 she began
buying makeup which quickly turned into an obsession. However in her early
20's she began cultivating her makeup artistry skills and fine tuned them to
what we see today.
Her career training took place working under a mentor artist who to this day
remains a very close personal friend. Ready to adept to some of the more
challenging aspects of the field. She is a self motivated person, always
ready for a challenge.
Elizabeth's expertice is comprised of beauty and commercial makeup. Be it
natural, dramatic, barely there, or glam as glam can be!
